Sie schonen die Zahnsubstanz und passen sich im Erscheinungsbild an die nat\u00fcrlichen Z\u00e4hne an. Auch ist der keramische Werkstoff so widerstandsf\u00e4hig, dass er nicht schneller abgekaut wird als die Zahnsubstanz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr einen guten Halt wird das Keramikinlay mittels Kunststoffs dauerhaft in den Zahn eingeklebt. Der Zahnarzt raut zuvor den Schmelz leicht an und passt das Inlay unter einem Spanngummi (Kofferdam) an den Zahn an. Kofferdam erm\u00f6glicht ein sauberes Einarbeiten des Keramikinlays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es verbleibt lediglich eine schmale Klebefuge zwischen Zahn und Keramikinlay, die resistent gegen Auswaschen ist. Das Ergebnis ist eine glatte Oberfl\u00e4che, wobei Keramik und Zahn als eine Einheit erscheinen.
